Its raining tuxedo kittens in St. Kitts! Little Waffles entered our program today. Her guardian angel, Jordan Roberts, was walking her dog today when she saw a man walking with a grocery bag that she noticed was meowing and moving inside. She ran over to him to ask what he was doing with the kitten. The man was sick of hearing Waffles cry for food outside his house, so he was on his way to kill her. Luckily, Jordan stepped in, took the kitten, and contacted PAWS! Little Waffles is extremely affectionate and social despite her hard start. She will be at adoption day this Saturday, October 11th from 10am-1pm at the clinical skills lab. (PS; This is not Waffles, its a look-alike. She is passed out in her foster Moms lap at home after her long day-- she will be ready for her photoshoot tomorrow :))
