Its school holidays! YAY! Whats even better is that the sun is out (vitamin D!) and the days are getting longer again (more time for being outside before and after work with the kids!). Just a reminder to try to limit screen time if possible (to help ease postural and eye strain), and get kids outside and moving to help keep them fit and healthy.. Bikes, playground, kicking the footy, dancing, swimming, cricket, skipping, climbing, shooting netball/basketball are all fantastic ways of helping kids to stimulate their nervous systems. And if quiet time inside is required, try books instead of screens. If it was good enough for the inventor of the ipad, I think its probably good enough for the rest of us!!
