Its seems that for the past few weeks I have spoken to so many people to say please do not be discouraged. It is easy to get discouraged when you feel that youre trying your best but every time you try to go forward someone pushes you back. So many times when people feel that they are not accomplishing their goals in what they feel that God has called them to do, they will begin to act in a controlling way. A spirit of control can kill. When you have one person or sometimes two who feel that they need to be in control of everything, it can stop the growth in the ministry. My advice to people when they find themselves in this situation, is to pray and give it to God because He is the only one who can speak to the heart of man. Do not lose your focus on serving, because if God has put you there then you need to do all that you can to stand. Ask God for His will to be done in this situation and for Him to remove the stumbling blocks. You cannot fix it, and if you quit and walk away then you will be a very unhappy person because you have not fulfilled the call that God has on your life. Whether it is in your church, in a ministry group, or on the job, stay with it trust the One Who can fix it. I pray for your blessings today.... Just remember the secret to success is to trust and obey.
