Its so sad that I just witnessed two little kids about the age of maybe 8 years old throwing toys and glass cups out a second story window for about 30 minutes nearly missing people passing by on the sidewalk. The even more sad part is that I called the police because I feared one of these kids was going to fall out of the window. But yeah not one police officer showed to check out the scene or even check on these kids. What has Manchester come too??? These were kids mind you. They should have been there to do a wellness check and see if everything was ok. Then 30 minutes later the parents and grandmother showed up because some nice people were yelling up to these kids asking them if they were ok. This is a sad set of affairs.
