Its so sad to receive so many text messages and calls from students asking me if uni is off tomorrow or not with a hope that I say yes it is. They fail to realise that its time to show some courage and bravery instead of hiding in homes. Yes the threat is real but isnt that what the terrorists really want, to terrorise us. The more saddening thing is that the students are not actually scared to go to university, they just want holidays without realising that these holidays will encourage the terrorists and make them think that they actually succeeded in scaring us and disturbing our routine life. Students need to start acting like responsible citizens instead of spoiled brats looking for an excuse to stay away from studies all the time.
