Its soooooo confusing nowadays.... We join, connect, and participate in things because we see the VISION of the founder, owner, manager, or etc. We get excited because something within the structure of that entity CONNECTS with our dreams, gifts, goals, and aspirations. We are attracted to leaders who are passionate about their concepts, ideas, and what they have tirelessly spend time envisioning... But somewhere down the line we start thinking that suddenly it is our job to tell the founder, owner, manager, or etc what their VISION should be???? Sadly, there are so many GREAT LEADERS & BUSINESS OWNERS who have become silently FRUSTRATED because EVERYTIME they get a GREAT IDEA, an AWESOME UNCTION, and a BURST of non-mediocre CREATIVITY.... some controlling, lazy, it dont take all of that, think they know it all, drag their feet, pessimistic, supporter DILUTES the energy of the idea! My prayer is that every innovator SURROUND themselves with at least 3 people that keeps them encouraged and vibrant! Every iconic people needs a support team that HELPS them BIRTH the idea and challenges them to be EVEN #GREATER!
