Its strategy is straight forward. The US has three simple options dealing with other countries: 1. The country has a dictator and he is showing enough cooperation. Peace, lets work with him and show him the red eye every now and then to sustain the cooperation level at a satisfactory degree. 2. The country has a dictator but he is not cooperating, he has his own plans. OK this is very simple. The US is of course the International sponsor of democracy in the world. We will bring democracy to your country. You have to be happy with that !! 3. The country already has a democratic regime. Oh this is really hard !! OK no problem, we will have to plan and customize a coup suitable for you. Of course we will be against it at the start. US image is really important. But as the new dictator shows enough flexibility and cooperation, things will run better and better. So who is the real terrorist in our world !!?
