Its summer again.. The hardest time for our shelter babies. We have a higher intake and injuries. As you know we have ZERO funding. We as volunteers pay for and provide everything except food for our shelter babies. Any medical need we take to our vet and have those needs provided. We cannot do this without you. We are turning away animals in need due to lack of funding. We have no more foster homes. We are trying to build an awning for shade outside because they have no shade. This is a project we are currently calculating. We will do the work ourselves to save but need supplies. We are looking to buy awning material, boards, hooks and hardware. They desperately need shade from this heat. The shelter is full and crowded. Please help us if you can. In the notes please specify where you would like your donation to go. Thank you for remembering our little shelter. We are small and work extra hard to be seen. Its challenging when your the underdog to many city shelters who have hundreds helping. We have a handful.
