Its supply boosting Sunday! add the following smoothy to your morning routine if you want to boost supply or just want something healthy and portable in the AM: 6oz milk of your choice 1 banana (freeze it for added texture) 1teaspoon flaxseed (diluted in 2 tablespoons of warm water) 1/4 brewers yeast ( omit if not on hand) 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice Ice to your liking, blend and enjoy!!! Yummy!
