Its that time of year again! Bears are hungry and are out looking for food. Every year in Prince George alone, approximately 50 BEARS are needlessly shot because they smell fruit or garbage in or around a neighbourhood. Please remember to not leave your garbage out overnight, and if you have fruit trees that you need help picking, or you want to receive fresh, local fruit, check out this website! northernbearawareness
