Its the eve of our 1st Birthday Week - I would like personally thank a few people who have helped me make my Dream become my reality. Kelly H - You listened to me & got excited along with me from day 1. I am thankful for all your talents with our creative design in our branding (ongoing) and flying up here to be with me to help on opening day. You are always ready to help and an absolute darling to deal with. Laura H - PA extraordinaire! Where would I have been without you, you certainly kept me sane and smiling, well giggling actually! My lovely Aunty Sandra who listened to me objectively and has been there for me right from the start. Ray, I certainly could not have done this without your support, the yin to my yang. My 2.5 kids, Sarah (and her fiancee Mike) and Ryan, you have all been so very encouraging and supportive throughout. Your input is very much appreciated. All my wonderful staff, in particular Kayla Wati who was sent to me by fate and has been my right hand until recently when she decided having a baby was a better option! Love ya sissy.
