Its time for answers as to how, why and what continues to go on at Santa Clara Waste Water aka Southern California Waste Water. Great kudos to our public safety responders including those with countywide agencies and our own Santa Paula Fire Department. SPFD personnel and other first responders risked their lives in this incident that started with a false report of what material had been “spilled” Tuesday at 3:45 a.m. and continues with no resolution to this emergency in sight.
