Its time for the entire system to have a major over haul. The victims and their family should come first, not the criminal. Pedophiles, murderers, rapists who are charged with the highest charges should NOT be allowed to be bonded out and free to walk the streets throwing it up in the families faces that they are free, they have moved on with their life while the family cant get any type of closure to end the night mares. Trials need to start in a few weeks to a couple months, not allow them to put it off for a year or even longer, and they should be allowed ONE appeal not years and years of them. Pedophiles, murderers, rapist any kind of capital charges should get the death penalty, not just lethal injection, I say its high time public hangings are brought back! perhaps just one of these criminals will see that they will not get 3 hots and a cot, an education, free cable etc, but they will get death.
