Its time to STOP-DROP and SWEAT! We start with squats: Left: A standard squat. Make sure your knees do NOT go past your ankles. Get your butt down as low as you can comfortable go without compromising your form. When you come up, pull your hips under you and squeeze that butt at the top for finish the move. If you need to modify further, hold on to a chair. Middle: A standard weighted squat. Add some weights to those squats. Try to go lower, but remember to keep your posture, and watch your knees! When you come up, pull your hips under you and squeeze that butt at the top for finish the move Right: Beast squat. Keep those weights, drop it down and come up and lift those knees to your chest! On your working leg, squeeze your butt at the top.
