Its time to move on. I have had an amazing 10 years with ARY. With this company I worked with the most friendly / accessible bosses and some of the most talented individuals in the entertainment industry. When I came to ARY, December 2003, I was an unknown talent & they took me in based on my potential without any reference what so ever . Although I was simply a VJ, they gave me a shot to direct/produce my own shows. They trusted me to do anything I wanted. At times I violated that trust out of immaturity, still ARY always supported me, that is the only reason, Living on the edge is still Pakistans top rated show, running for last 9 years. None of that would have been possible without the unconditional support of Salman Iqbal, Haji Abdul Rauf Mahboob Abdul Rauf Mohammad Jerjees Seja Mohammed Obaid Khan Faisal Tamanna. Its through their mentoring that I became content head of my shows and then an Assistant Vice President. I will miss my ARY family dearly, but in order to grow we sometimes have to make the decisions that hurt the most. Without pain there can be no growth and it is with a pain filled heart that I officially announce my disengagement from ARY.
