Its unfortunate that I am reduced to having to read garbage like this in order to get any football news at all. I mean, ESPN is simply unthinkable for the non-gender-confused, so there really isnt much choice. Dan Hanzus, like many Americans in 2014, gets paid to just make things up, throw it at a wall, and see what sticks. They like to tell each other that this is talent. The truth, as evidenced by things that actually happened that didnt originate from a sports writers posterior, is the Tennessee Titans never really had much interest in Jay Cutler other than the Adams family watching him at Vanderbilt. If Dan Hanzus knew anything at all about football and would stay sober now and again, he would recall this. The Adams family was head over heels in love with another media darling with the personality of Brittany Spears....to wit: Vince Young. Jeff Fisher, when he ran the Titans, however, did not agree with the Adams at all and did not want to draft Vince Young. He thought Young was immature and a headcase with issues, which is exactly the opposite of what the media portrayed him as, and the media, of course, was once again dead wrong. Fisher wanted to draft Cutler in the worst way, but his buddy, Mike Shanahan, was the one who benefited from the Adams family stupidity. For that reason, the St. Louis Rams may be interested in Jay Cutler, but I dont think the Adams family knows squat about football, but only from their previous decisions.....much like any sports writer these days. As for the rest of his speculation, I can get Sup Dude! logic from the guy on the street corner holding the paper bag. And at least his booze smells fresh.
