Its with huge regret that I have to announce that The Killorglin pool league is postponed until further notice, and also may not continue anymore. Im not gonna beat around the bush, Im just gonna tell the facts. Most of the venues seem to think its ok to let emma and myself do all the work to bring business to their bars with absolutely nothing in return. Last weekend we had over 120 pool players playing pool in the local bars (which we got by ourselves ) yet all we got was 4 cans of cider in return and only one thank you from all the venues. Anyone that know us can clearly see that We put our heart and soul into everything but get nothing in return. hopefully the venues will pull the fingers out in the next two days, and if so we can move on. Letters and private facebooks were sent to all venues the last few days stressing own concern, with only one reply. If things continue Im sure some town will appreciate us somewhere else.
