Its workout Wednesday: lets do legs, my fave. Do these for time not for reps. 1. in/out squat jumps (1 min) 2. alt reverse lunges with weigh held over head (1 min) 3. side to side squats with goblet hold (1 min) 4. jump lunges (1 min) 5. alt step ups (1 min) be sure to warm up thoroughly. Repeat 3 times for a 15 min leg bun. Can add to to some cardio for a great pre thanksgiving workout. Like and Share if you agree.
