Its #workoutwednesday and Im on mission #buildabooty Whos with me!!!?? All you need is 5-10lb ankle weights (mine are 10lb adjustable Reebok ankle weights from Target), and 10-15 minutes!!! I hate the gym so I cancelled my 24 hour fitness membership, built a mini gym in my garage, and finally enjoy my workouts outside of Pilates class again!!!!! All you need is a little motivation... Let your body do the rest!
