So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.When I think of what I have been through! It is no match for the price that God has paid for me. Why do I make it Personal? Because Christ; has made it Personal. I want to be just l want to be like Jesus when I grow up. Often; we want what people have, yet we do not want to go through what they have went through to get it.I have decided! There is nothing that I value more than my relationship with Christ. It is ALL about Christ in my life.I am the only one qualified to be me! I do my best; at being me. No one else does it betterI am just happy to be here to witness my children’s accomplishments!Know That I Am God!Daniel 5:12: Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.Psalm 46:10: Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.What is interesting to me is that God did not remove Daniel from the situations; He left him in it for His Glory. To God be the Glory! The Journey can be dark, lonely and difficult at times; nevertheless, for me it is whatever the Lord says! Like the song says; It is for my good; for His Glory!On This JourneyActs 22:16: And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.My God! My God! My God! The things that I have encountered; they have not all been pleasant. Yet, I am living proof 1 Thessalonians 5:18: In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. So if God allowed it to happen; He has got me! Philippians 4:19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. I have just stopped worrying about it. There is no need for me to worry. He has proven to me that He will do just what He said. I gave it over to Jesus. I have had my own personal Damascus road experience.Have you met Jesus? I guarantee; you will never be the same again. Come and meet Him. This Love that I have for Jesus, the World didn’t give it to me and the World can’t take it away.The peace that I have; I have never known before. I have unspeakable Joy. The Grace that I am experience is unexplainable. When I was growing up Grace was explained to me as God’s unmerited favor, it is that and so much more.His Mercy; you need to experience it for yourself.Do you need Emotional healing, physical healing? You can tell Him where it hurts; maybe you just need Him to hold you. No one can hold you the way my Lord can.I recommend Jesus. I have to be honest with you. I have never known a love like this before. Won’t you come to Jesus? Isaiah 1:18: Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. PowerMatthew 26:62: And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?It requires the Spirit of God; not to respond to accusations being brought against you!A warning ◊◊◊◊ be careful whom you crucify! God sees you and hears every move you make; every word that comes out of your mouth, and He knows the true motive of your heart and: Psalm 139:2: Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.Romans 13:1: Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.Hebrews 13:2: Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.I believe that when the Word states: 1 Chronicles 16:22: Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.I believe that you should not touch His anointed with your mouth; remember He knows your and my thoughts as well!Do you realize that it will require the Holy Ghost dwelling on the inside of you/I not to verbally or physically defend ourselves?1 Samuel 17:47: And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORDs, and he will give you into our hands.Note: I have noticed the spiritual growth in me; since the first time I printed these posts! Praise Break! Psalm 150:6: Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.I just thought about just how good; God has been to me; all the things that HE has brought me through.How He has kept me: My life; my health and strength. And the fact that I am still able to walk, I am not bedridden (I’m listening to “Never Would have made it”).The fact that I can scream; the fact that I am Breathing; that is a Blessing right there! I have the activity of my limbs.I can see, hear, smell, touch and feel!! You don’t hear me! My children; their SpousesMy grandchildren are healthy. I take nothing and no one for granted. I realize and know that things in my life do not have to be as well as they are!I can hug my children and grandchildren without any pain. The provisions that the Lord continues to make for me on a moment-to moment basis!For everything that God has done in me through me and for me. I was yet alive to witness my babies reach the age of 31. They are being the Father’s they are to be.I have a roof over my head, praise in my heart and my mouth.I am experiencing that Peace: Philippians 4:7: And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Romans 5:1: Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:Romans 8:6: For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.Regardless; of the situations and circumstances in my life, It could be summed up in two Words “But God”. When I look at what God has brought me through and where He has brought me from! Not only am I yet here; after being here I am clothed and in my right mind. You see; I woke up one morning and did not know who I was or where I was, you don’t hear me! So, when you see me crying; I am so grateful; words cannot express my gratitude!I am here to testify to you! Regardless of what you are going through; praise your way through it. Do not complain! You see; I am free.Oh yeah, I thought of something else; I can feed myself, I can actually swallow! All the Glory goes to God!I do believe that God is always talking! There was a time in my life that I could not hear God. So if you are wondering where did all this come from? You do now my entire story! When people say that I am always smiling! My God! My God! My God!I am on a journey and 99 ½ percent just will not due. Let me quit!Suffering/ObedienceHebrews 5:8: Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;I believe that there is a correlation between suffering and obedience. Jesus is the Son of God. If He; had to suffer what about you and I? Can you remember going through a great deal of suffering? What was the outcome? I don’t know about you? I’m going to follow Jesus. I realize that this is a suffering way.Romans 8:18: For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.2 Corinthians 4:17: For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;The Greatest Love Story Ever ToldJohn 15:13: Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.The Bible Is the greatest love story ever told! Think about it!Can you find a greater love? Can you find someone; willing to lay down their life? So that you could live I have experienced God’s Grace and Mercy, I have just been meditating on the aspects of God’s character.It is overwhelming. I personally can’t get over what Christ did on Calvary. It is phenomenal!When I think of the things that He continues to allow me to experience on a daily basis! They are extraordinary.I don’t want to ever forget what God has done for me, nor do I ever want to get over the freshness of His Grace and Mercy to me! The things that He has allowed me to witness and the people that He has allowed me to meet; are amazing within itself, the things that I have experienced with me grown children. I don’t want to ever take ANYONE or anything in my life for granted in my life again. To God be the Glory!Think and Pray;Before You SpeakShhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Don’t speak until you have heard the whole matter.Proverb 17:28: Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.Proverb 18:13: He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.Acts 28:1: And when they were escaped, then they knew that the island was called Melita.Acts 28:2: And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.Acts 28:3: And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand.Acts 28:4: And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live.Acts 28:5: And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.Acts 28:6: Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.Did you notice how many times they changed their minds? Each of us should think before we speak. Sometimes; do you wonder??? Did that person really think about what they just said? Luke 6:45: A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.Note: My mouth has gotten ME into more trouble!What Kind Of Fruit Or You Bearing?Matthew 3:10: And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.Matthew 7:16: Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?Pay close attention to the people whose paths you cross. Regardless of what is coming out of their mouths; they will eventually show you what is in their hearts!I have a difficulty with someone that states they spend a great deal of time in prayer; yet their fruit does not show it!It is impossible to spend time in God’s presence and come out of it without some of the residue! What Is Your Sin Worth to you?Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.Before; you sin. Think about it! We are writing our own obituaries everyday! We are choosing where we will spend eternity! God has already told us the consequences for our choices! Yes, To Your Will!Proverb 19:17: He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.My Soul love you lord!The human mind is amazing. My memory is still being jogged after these two years. One of the reasons that I left the COGIC was because I could not understand why we could not go out and witness.When I looked around the church; I saw mostly family; we were not going out winning anymore souls.I am a firm believer that you can’t love God and not His people. I ask and still receive no guidance. That is one of the things that impressed me about Victory Christian Center. Now, if nothing else Pastor Billie Joe Dauhtery taught us how to reach the lost. He was very passionate about lost souls. When I see the services on Television; His family is continuing this.I will be the first to admit; as church people, we have it bad about pointing the finger; when you have had a Damascus road experience; and a relationship with Christ; your heart will change!Do you not remember what it felt like to be lost? Do you remember standing at that fork in the road? Do you remember what it was like just to be hurting?I personally can’t stand to see anyone cry.I personally have not met anyone I can’t hug. I believe that hugs say more than words.My children brought home stray people; we always had a full house.We were barely eating; yet somehow we always had enough to go around.I am one of those people that want to see the World saved. I don’t ever get too busy to give an encouraging word; a hug; a smile, etc. Proverb 19:17: He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. I am living proof of thisI would stop and give people money that was on the streets. As a team leader; I had what was referred to as a crying chair in my office. I count it a Blessing when people want to share their hearts with me. It’s God!I have been talked about, called Ms. Goody two shoes, self-righteous and I am sure some things I’ve not heard. I have learned; to let the Lord lead me. If there is any good found in me? All the credit goes to God! What Shall I Render? Psalm 116:1: I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. Psalm 116:2: Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.Psalm 116:3: The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.Psalm 116:4: Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.Psalm 116:5: Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.Psalm 116:6: The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.Psalm 116:7: Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee. Heart AdjustmentsLuke 15:24: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.Luke 15:25: Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.Luke 15:26: And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.Luke 15:27: And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.Luke 15:28: And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.Luke 15:29: And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:This is the story of the prodigal son. We often focus on the son that left home. What about the one that stayed home and allowed all those ungodly issues build up in his heart? I suggest to you that he needed a Heart adjustment!I believe that describes a lot of people (not all) that have stayed in the church, and have been wounded in this army of the Lord. Yet; continue as nothing has happened. I have been there and have gone through that. Matthew 18:7: Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Romans 16:17: Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. John 16:33: These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.Different people come to church for different reasons. God did correct me! For which I am thankful!I want to take this opportunity to plead with you if you have ANTHING in your heart that you know is not pleasing to the Lord or contrary to what He has told you in His word. If you have been offended and have continued to try and dance over it and have not confronted the issues in you and have asked the Lord to show you. (You)If you have not allowed the Lord to come into your heart and work in and on you? May I suggest that you please do!I suggest to you that God has a way of speaking to you through His chosen vessels.I believe that you have a better chance of receiving the lord in the church than outside the church.Luke 15:7: I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.Sin is a choice; whether you are in the church or not!We must look to Jesus as our example and not to other people.
