It’s about control — i.e. behavior modification a la coercion — not revenue. The fiat-based ‘fractional reserve’ economic model needs no external assistance ‘generating revenue’. It’s about Mass Psychology, to instill fear, and enforce / increase control. Ol’ School Bad Guys architected this ‘scientific dictatorship’ (i.e. Technocracy) long ago — and even had the hubris to openly disclose (proclaim) it… “…the subject which will be of most importance politically is Mass Psychology… The populace will not be allowed to know how its convictions were generated.
