It’s not uncommon here in Indonesia to host wedding reception for more than a thousand guests. I think the number has, in fact, increased lately. I’m convinced that the extensive guest list is a collective culture thing. It’s not surprising to see your cousins and even your cousin’s neighbours whom you’ve only met once at your wedding. This kind of receptions make intimate mornings for holy matrimonies even more special. Intimate and emotion filled. Surrounded only by those closest to you. That’s special. I love that Rendhy and Valensia’s morning was filled with just that. It carried the romantic mood throughout the whole day, even in the midst of the reception. They had briefed me earlier about wanting a romantic wedding video, but I didn’t have faintest idea about how romantic these two were until I saw them on their wedding morning. Rendhy is hands down the most romantic groom I have ever had the privilege to cross paths with. Just listen to his vow! It’s these kinds of moments that sets the whole video up for a really great romantic feel. I love the mood throughout the clip. It was filled with moments. Actual moments that blew me away. The tears on Valens’ Mom’s face as she covered her daughter’s face with her veil, the shaky voice as Rendhy asked Valens to spend the rest of her life with him, the happy tears that rolled down Valen’s parent’s cheeks as Rendhy asked them for their daughter’s hand in marriage. Even the crazy bunch of groomsmen that went all out during gate crashing. Moments. Moments that set the mood. Moments to be cherished for a lifetime. It’s why I love my job so much! Enjoy the clip.
