It’s shocking and by all means unacceptable, if the news is correct. According to an article today (Friday, 28, March, 2014) in the Jadidkhabar, New Delhi Shazia Ilmi of AAP candidate from Ghaziabad and AAP national executive committee member, performed puja at Shiv Mandir before submitting her nomination paper. How low can a Muslim go in his/her opportunism? May Allah (swt) bless all of us with the taufeeq to be conscious of our acts and refrain from blatant shirk—A’amen. Why people try to become what they are not? Is it necessary in India to become a Naqvi—the son in law of Ashok Singhal and Shahnawaz—the son in law of Morli Manohar Joshi or Omar Abdullah – the son in law of Madhuraw Sindhiya to become a ‘Muslim’ political leader? If this lady – Shazia Ilmi and likes can cheat Allah and His messenger for their petty gains in this world then what about you and us; and this nation! They can kick us anytime for anything they like. I dont blame AAP or any political party for such individual acts of certain members but one thing must be clear in everybodys minds that these souls can be anything except Muslim leaders.
