Ive always thought that the best legal system would be one in which your guilt is deemed proportionate to your poverty level, so I support Englands new policy of offering the court appointed Legal Aid cash incentives into tricking their clients into pleading guilty regardless of, well, guilt... theguardian/law/2013/nov/01/lawyers-higher-legal-aid-fees-early-guilty-plea Remember, if you cant afford a good lawyer, well provide you with a defense attorney whos paid extra if he convinces you to go to prison, absolutely free.
