Ive always wondered why when musicians resigned from a band, theres always an uproar as if its the end of the world??!! Maybe if the HMI started operating and functioning more like a business, #EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity), members leaving wouldnt be such a shake up. There are so many talented musicians who are waiting to display their talent. Seek them! If an artist aka an employee embarks on a new venture, give an advanced notice to the employer aka the band owner. Yes, a company will always feel a sense of disappointment when one of their best employees depart but the business must continue to evolve; not close down or foreclose.....
