Ive always worked out, but the extent of my exercise was walking, that was pretty much it. Along the way Ive learned to push myself a little bit harder, now not overdoing it to the point if hurting myself, but just enough to get me over that slump!! I used to hate to sweat, now I love it! Ive always had a love hate relationship with the burpee. Below is a burpee lunge, a few years ago there was no way I could have done one of these, and I am being really careful here. You will get stronger over time. You can change your shape at any age. I never thought in a million years I would be doing #InsanityMax30 at the age of 42.
