Ive been a member of this group for a while but havent had much opportunity to check out everyones pages and work. I got caught up in one thread tonight and was blown away at all the great stuff I was seeing. So glad to be in a community with such talented crafters, seamstresses, artists and the like. I am a graphic designer by trade, so most of my work is commercialized, based on tv & film. But what I do from home, handmade with my daughter, is christmas ornaments, treat bags, picture frames, floral centerpieces, wreaths, etc. Someone was looking for inexpensive ideas for kids so Im posting a free printable of some of my treat bags. But because I like to fill all the space I threw a few package/gift tags on there also. You can print the 8.5 x 11 from your own printer if you wish, or the treat bag cards can be sent to wherever you have photos printed. (walgreens, walmart, rite aid, etc.) Just load it to their site like a reg. digital picture and have them print the quantity you want. They fit perfectly folded over the cello bags in the candy making aisle. There is a printable for Snowman Soup, which you would add to the baggy one package of cocoa, some mini marshmallows and a candy cane. The other is Reindeer Poop. Same idea. You add to the baggy chocolate candy. I buy in bulk just what I need from our local grocery store. Goobers, raisinettes, whoppers, and choco chips are perfect. These are great for kids classes, church groups, business promo gifts, treats for service people you see often (pumps your gas, mailman, store clerk). Just an added little something special at the holidays. Home made with love. So feel free to print these as you wish, and get giftin. :) Also, if you want to take a look at my page, its Monkey Business Graphic Design. Thanks.
