Ive been a pretty busy girl today... i started out my day by putting up a half of bushel of okra...... Cutting it..... Egg washing.. and rolling in flour ... then you flash freeze on cookie sheets then from there it goes into freezer bags...I ended up with 5 freezer bags full !!! .. Then it was onto beans.... 1/2 bushel of blue lakes.... got them washed and i just through them into ziplocks not enough to can ...... Then i had a 1/2 bushel of greasy cut shorts.... And they are about to come out of the canner now... All in all .... a pretty productive day !!! Then i went and picked a 1/4 of a bushel of okra for my mother !!! Tired mom.... now its time to cook supper !!!
