Ive been doing a little research to see what the availability of locally grown and milled flours are within 100 miles of Prairie Farm, and discovered this gem located only 92 miles away :). Ive contacted the mill to see about direct ordering in larger quantities (i.e.25, 50 or 100 lbs). Im planning to make a trip down to fetch flour in late September/early October.
