Ive been doing some pondering about this page today (no Im not going anywhere). In the last year it was focused mainly on me getting healthy, figuring out how to eat to nourish my body. Also training to lose weight, stay on track and reach my preliminary goals. Ive been doing weekly (Friday) weigh in reports and monthly weigh ins, measures and pics. In they next year Im going to do away with the weekly weigh ins. Im pretty happy with my weight...if I drop some great...if I dont no worries. I will keep doing monthly measures and pics though. I want to focus on transforming my body to meet my upcoming goals. They seem extensive and farfetched right now but so did last years goals and I hit all of them. So I hope you all stick around, enjoy the next year and are with me as I cross off my goals one by one!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers!!!!
