Ive been experimenting (all my life really) diligently the last couple months. If I eat 1500 calories of fat/salt food in a day, eating small portions, I will not lose weight. Im not even talking about junk food. Im speaking on things like a spelt grain roll, coconut oil cheese, sunflower seed sandwich spread, salads with cashews and sesame oil and apple cider vinegar, spelt crackers with almond nut butter, veggie noodle stirfry with extra virgin olive oil, steamed veggies, potatoes, and meat substitutes. So with a diet of healthy vegan foods, I was still not losing weight unless I really FOUGHT for it, like I had every pound of my life. If I eat 2500 calories of fruit/veg/potato in a day, I will be full and satisfied, have a happy fruit buzz from the fruit scrubbing my cells, and will show a weight loss on the scale the next day. Fruit has been a little miracle for me! I cant believe I listened to people when they said fruit will make you fat! You can keep starving yourself to lose weight, or you can go FRUIT yourself and enjoy an abundant diet. All calories are not created equal. If you are tired of going hungry or skipping meals consider a low fat, low salt high carb diet and eat like a Queen/King.
