Ive been fairly stagnant the past few days, the rain has a resting effect on my mind-body, does this happen with anyone else? Today I ran did some dead hangs, hip thrust crawl, shoulder crawl, hand foot crawl, forward roll and practiced the prone crawl for the first time with little to no repetitions. I have a new goal to improve my dead hang time. Started to feel it in my forearms at about a minute and a half and pushed it to 2 minutes the next time around. My immediate goal is 3 minutes (improving a minute at a time until I reach my ultimate goal of 9 minutes). What are your immediate movement goals?
