Ive been following the Oscar Pistorius case and was was quote unsettled by the defenses closing arguments. I think that this statement is offensive to women and to disabled people. I do understand that the culture in South Africa is very different from here and I know that it is very violent there as well. But even knowing that I was just appalled. I get that they are trying to win and will pull any and all strings they can in order to do so. But I just felt like this crossed the line.
