Ive been getting a lot of inboxs about what I eat and what exercises I do to keep so lean and muscly so Id like to do a Appreciation post, for those who know me Ive always been into fitness Ive done Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, swimming, Ive been training at a gym since the day I was old enough to join anything to keep fit, but lately Ive been getting a lot of recognition for my body for how much it has changed and Id just like to say a big thank you to my amazing trainer my man 😊 if it wasnt for you I would never of found out the limits my body could go to and still you persist on making me go harder, I would never have found out how much my shoulders can actually form and how much my body can actually handle we train 6days a week and still you show me something new or push me to the point where Im saying I can not believe I lifted that heavy you have put me in *almost😉* tears on how heavy you get me squatting, I would have never been able to see my bodys potential if it wasnt for you
