Ive been having a really tough time. I feel so alone in the middle if this corruption. This week in court judge Donna Schmalberger said that my hearing scheduled on the 14th, will be in chambers and Im not allowed to attend. I reminded her that Im entitled to a public hearing. She told me that shes making the call and since its a hearing to discuss law on the appellant mandate that I do not need to be present because Im represented by counsel and he will be there. This, on the heels of a request for recusal. My attorney told me this morning that he cant believe the judges behavior and hes not even comfortable having an in chambers hearing. Needless to say, hes filing a motion to reconsider but the problem is theres NO accountability. Please pray for my family and marriage, this injustice is taking its toll on every aspect of my life. How much longer must we endure?
