Ive been having internet connectivity issues so I called Comcast, apparently 6 years is old for a modem so Ive bought and hooked up a new one and now I cant get online. I just LOVE talking to Comcast customer service. Its not that their accents are strong but I have the hardest time understanding them! They couldnt help me now Im on a wait list to be called back by someone more tech savvy. Ive already unplugged it a couple of times, restarted my computer (and yes, the coax cable is securely connected to the modem. I dont think CS believed me since she asked 5 times.). Its a Motorola SURFboard eXtreme (why the X has to be capitalized, I dont know). Any tips?
