Ive been having the urge to reach out and help people. I want to be a part of something greater than myself, to make a positive change, a difference in the world, or at least my local community. I want to volunteer with a charity or an organization, but I do not know which one, or how to go about doing so. Preferably something to do with the LGBT community and working towards equality, or possibly something to do with animals. Is anyone involved in any of these type of things? I am unsure of where to start.
