Ive been really reintroduced to music Ive heard before, and a bit of new music Ive not heard. I dunno about this for some people, but its one thing I really enjoy about life. Music is a good way to inspire my artworks. Its why I like doing portraits of musicians. I feel their presences and take in their elements each each melody created. Its like making visual art work. Anyone can draw a picture. Anyone can draw a face and draw anime characters. But an artist to me creates more then that. They create character in each stroke of a brush. They pick palettes that bring subjects emotions and their thoughts. Each line and form gives you that its aura, as if you have met this subject or object of choice. And maybe some of yours comes through. But its one way Ive learned to speak when I could not make sounds or words since I was a little girl. Its the way Ive learned the way of the human mind and its environment. Im taking the subject of choice, watching their parade from above, and the twists and turns their life by the choices they make. I feel this the most with musicians. Its why I love them and admire them deeply. Its something I feel and get the opportunity and to take it with me. If I am told that I create life in my works, its the biggest compliment to ever recieve. I feel like thats the artists way and the best way to go. (Omfg. Why do I babble about things like this? Like how? XD)
