Ive been seeing a lot of ALS Ice Bucket challenges and am, quite honestly, dumbfounded that nobody explains what ALS is and why the use of ice water. While I applaud all those that have participated, either with the ice bucket or by donating, both is even better, nobody has brought better awareness to this wonderful cause than Scott Jordan in the below video. THERE IS A REASON FOR THE ICE BUCKET!! And to those complaining about wasting water, please either do it over a garden or do what another smart person did, for those living by a body of water, at the beach recycling the ocean water.
