Ive been thinking. I am leaving this company soon,and I started trying to figure out what make me stay here with the same status,for nearly two decades. I am leaving because of lost enthusiasm for flying,after the system changed and the company regards us as flying machine,after the disappearance of the aircraft, after those my colleagues are still unaccounted for.In fact we see no sign of progress and improvement.Then slowly,my innermost emotions feeling empty and no satisfaction. Due to the tight schedule,sometimes I go on board just like a piece of meat,when attending briefing my mind is actually somewhere else roaming.I started to serve without passion,and started thinking, Why must I serve?From now on I want to be served. I have no regret,as we all know,believing yourself to be in the wrong job can be self esteem destroying,and i do think this is the only company in the world whereby promotion is indeed demotion and depreciation. Flying is fun,but those were the days. I was once proud.
