Ive been thinking a lot about the relentless propaganda war going on between Israel and Palestine. The suffering, the violence, the hatred.... It seems to be getting worse everyday. Before my Grandfather, John J. Burns, passed away back in 2004, my Dad interviewed him. He was heavily involved in politics and worked as Robert Kennedys campaign adviser in his run for senate and run for president back in 60s. Some of his profound words have never been truer...... If you have the philosophy of forgiveness, kindness, and humility - pride is a lot of it too - then those things do not become important and you dont try to retaliate. You just forgive.
