Ive been under the impression that all phenomena across the entire spectrum of reality is empty of inherent existence - is characterised as voidness. But I think I only really leaned towards that stance because certain Nalanda Masters, including Shantideva, hold that position; but, maybe the primordial consciousness and the qualities of Buddha-nature, may in fact have some type of ineffable quality or existence that can not be classified as empty in the same way as the rest of phenomena. What do you think? By the way, this isnt an invitation for purely therevada orientated practitioners, like you Paul beard, to try and convince us that our Nalanda Masters, the Mahayana and Vajrayana is all fantasy. Please just try and have a degree of self control and respect. This discussion doesnt need to degenerate in the direction of mocking Tibet.
