Ive been up since 5:00 a.m. this morning. I called the police department and the person who answered the phone said hello so I said hello then she says whats going on. Im like is this the police department - she says yes it is. I told her who I was then I asked who I was talking to. She told me who she was - then I told her I needed an officer and why. She seemed to be more interested in the license plate number on a vehicle. I thought when you are calling the police department they are suppose to say Ft. Totten Police department. I had to ask her if that was the police department because all she said was hello whats going on. OMG & SMH. An officer came 1/2 hour later and took the person - told the officer I wanted the vehicle towed out of my yard. Laid back down and tried to go back to sleep then the tow truck comes at 6:30 a.m. - laid back down after the tow truck left then one of my daughters called at 7:00 a.m. Then off to church I went with my three grandchildren.
