Ive been working on another guest blog recipe for Bawi Bride - Fragrant Lamb Pulao, oven baked! Normally I make everything separately and layer it up but this time tried something new. To help keep all the moisture in while baking, I stuck a dough seal around the baking dish and lid which simply breaks off when pulao is cooked. I added too much water so the rice was very soft this time, but other than that it was a success, and more importantly, tasted quite yummy, and all from scratch!
