Ive been working with the same people for a good amount of years...there is a reason for this. I dont bring in new people very often but when I do, its not because they have the best resume, or graduated from the best school...its because they have strong character and are driven to become better at their craft, better people. I have never been more proud of my team than I am today. Watching our dreams become a reality. 38 shows in 45 days, now to some thats crazy to others its just the tip of the iceberg, but for me...its a strong indicator that the group of people I have the pleasure of calling my squad are some of the best people I could ever work with. I salute all my SMOG family, you remind me why I chose to do what I do and to stay focused on the prize. Shout out to not only the artists but the folks behind our organization that make everything happen. These records dont promote themselves and these shows dont produce themselves, its a team effort.
