Ive built myself from literally nothing. I grew up on a farm in Illinois and over the years Ive had every job there is. Thankless job after thankless job. Living paycheck to paycheck. And Im here to tell you that you CAN change your situation. You CAN live your dream. It doesnt matter what that dream is, of you believe it you can achieve it. You have to decide if youre willing to do what youre doing now for the REST OF YOIR LIFE....or do you want to do something else with your life? Theres no secret. It takes hard work. It takes accountability. You cant take no for an answer. But at the very least you have to get started. I didnt know where to start so I decided to at least get my health in order. And fitness changed my life. Sure physically I looked better but it was the chanes INSIDE that it brought. Eating healthy and exercising change how the body works. Hormonally it becomes more efficient. You sleep better. You look better. You function better. You FEEL BETTER. The point is you cant be scared to chase your dream. The way I see it, youre life isnt about to change on a whim, so if you dont like the life you lead stop wasting time living it. Get up and change it. #motivation
