Ive called to concede the election and congratulate Dr. Burgos. While Im disappointed the results did not go my way, I couldnt be prouder of the progress weve made in our schools and the positive impact that it will make in the lives of our students. Id like to offer my heartfelt appreciation to everyone that came out and supported me during the campaign. Theres more people than I can name here that I owe a debt to and youve given me more encouragement and assistance than I could expect or deserve. I also want to thank my fellow board members, our WCS Central Office staff, Principals and administrators, our teachers, parents and students. Its an absolute honor and a privilege to be affiliated with you and the wonderful things you do in Williamson County Schools each and every day. Thank you and God Bless.
