Ive come across a couple of great tools that authors can do to get the word out about our books. Promotion is one of the hardest parts about writing. It often takes us away from the number one thing we want to do which is write. The tools are Thunderclap and HeadTalker. If youve never heard of them, heres how they work. You create a post and ask others to join in supporting that post. For Thunderclap you need 100 supporters in order for your post to go out. HeadTalker has a minimum of 50 supporters. If you reach your goal by the date you set then your post is shared on your supporters Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr accounts. HeadTalker also uses does Linkedin.
