Ive decided to not have gastric bi-pass surgery. Looking back at a photo from March 2013 Linda pointed out a noticeable difference in my size, looking at this other photo from February 2014 and others it has become clear there has been a change. Im basically still the same weight and size (430 lbs) but, all the hiking and water aerobics seems to have turned the fat into muscle. Im not giving up on loosing weight, I have a doctors appointment next week to discuss a diet plan.
