Ive finally sensed that the stream of thought we experience is a simulation of a stream of thought; it does take place where we simulate other experiences. This seems to be why it often seems to be incongruent with our perceptual and linguistic progress in life. So we do experience a simulation of an inner thought stream, and it is taking place where it is simulating taking place. Talking or singing out loud, writing, and other forms of expression of consciousness are real experiences that come from our consciousness, enter our environment, and then return to our consciousness: we are able to experience them in as many ways as possible, it is very much completing a circuit perceptually and emotionally. Talking out loud to yourself is an experience that can be had by a highly intelligent living and interconnected consciousness choosing to hear what you would say if you could do so. :) it does not make you neurotic. I do absolutely feel that schools, employment, friendships, relationships, families and overall conversations/communication, could, after learning how to integrate this simple but somewhat abstract humanistic psychology concept, greatly transform and improve. Right now the understanding within many of these experiences. based on current psychological knowledge, is that what we have happening in our head... is our actual thoughts, when it does rather seem to be a simulation of a stream of thought which can be accurate but often well below our potential compared if we were to be able to use our fullest consciousnesses. We are still learning about being humans. :) This is one of the more confusing aspects of it but if even i have figured it out, this is a good sign! :D :)
